What if I ask about eligibility or a background check?
Fred routes you to the FFL team rather than guessing, since eligibility depends on federal and state law. It won’t tell you if you’ll pass or be denied.
Can Fred help with a suppressor or out-of-state transfer?
Fred routes NFA items and interstate transfers to your team, who handle the registration and paperwork. It explains the process in general terms only.
What about illegal requests?
Configure refusal rules for prohibited transactions and unsafe requests, with a reporting route for recognized threats. Automated checks can miss phrasing or context; your FFL team retains the required transaction checks.
