About
Not because AI is scary. Because ungoverned AI on your website is. When there’s no real guardrail and no single source of truth, the bot’s words become your words. Courts have said so. We built Fred for owners who need voice and chat that work, and legal that can sleep.
The pattern was always the same. A chatbot stayed “fine” until someone asked the wrong question. A compliance paragraph in the prompt isn’t a guardrail. Training on the open web isn’t your truth. An airline learned that in court when its bot invented a refund policy and the judge held the airline to it.
So we built Fred in layers, governed, grounded, and secure, so operators could turn voice and chat on without betting the business on hope. Not another FAQ widget. An AI agent that shows up every time, already knows your business, and never says anything you wouldn’t.
It’s not a tagline we A/B tested. It’s what has to be true before Fred speaks.
Not wished for in a prompt. Boundaries are checked before and after the AI runs, every conversation, with a record of what was blocked and why. See the guardrail layers →
Fred answers from your site and your uploads, not the internet. If it isn’t yours, Fred doesn’t say it.
PII scrubbing, industry packs, regional privacy rules, scope discipline, audit trail. Regulation isn’t our enemy. It’s the floor. Prompt-and-pray is the cliff. Read the trust page →

We’re Talk to Fred LLC, operators who have seen what happens when bots have no guardrails and no source of truth. Fred runs on this site. Dogfooding isn’t a slide in our deck, it’s the widget in the corner of this page.
