No. Sales and transfers complete in person through your FFL. Fred answers product questions, age-gates intent, and captures the lead. Configure and test the relevant rules; checks can miss phrasing or context.
Can it answer eligibility or NFA questions?
Fred routes those to your FFL team rather than guessing, since they depend on federal and state law.
What about illegal or unsafe requests?
Configure refusal rules for illegal or unsafe requests and test any threat-reporting workflow. Detection can miss context, and a flag does not establish that your compliance team received or acted on it.
