What exactly arrives in phase one?

The moment a visitor shares contact details with consent, Fred sends name, contact info, and conversation context to your CRM or webhook endpoint. It typically lands in seconds, fast enough to trigger an instant SMS or email acknowledgment while they are still on your site.

What does the phase two payload include?

When the session ends, Fred sends the full intelligence package: lead score with the signal breakdown, purchase probability with contributors, detected intent, sentiment, urgency, a summary, and the transcript. Phase one and phase two records are correlated by session ID so your CRM stitches them together cleanly.

How do webhooks stay secure and reliable?

Webhooks are cryptographically signed so your systems can verify they genuinely came from Fred, with built-in verification, queuing, and multi-destination routing for dependable delivery. The generic webhook works with any endpoint that accepts a POST.

How does calendar booking connect?
