Integrations
Contact details. Conversation context. Your CRM.
Configure contact capture and conversation summaries for your CRM. Confirm the fields sent at each stage. Delivery timing depends on the integration and receiving system.
From hello to scored lead, on a timeline.
Fred supports contact capture and conversation summaries for follow-up. Confirm which information is sent at each stage, then test timing and receipt with your connected CRM.
0:00, the conversation
- A visitor types or talks to Fred on your site
- Fred answers from your content and captures details with consent
- No forms, no friction, no “someone will get back to you”
After contact capture, phase one
- Name and contact details land in your CRM
- Configure an SMS or email acknowledgment
- Your team can respond while the visitor is still on the page
Session end, phase two
- Lead score 0 to 100 with the signal math your reps can read
- Conversation signals and context for follow-up
- Intent, sentiment, urgency, summary, and transcript, correlated by session
Fits the stack you already run.
Native connectors where it matters, webhooks for everything else. If your system can receive a webhook, Fred can feed it.
Edition Packs bundle your CRM and your industry into one setup: intents, field mappings, qualifying questions, tags, and guardrails configured together. Pick your CRM, pick your trade, and Fred arrives knowing the job.
Fred scores the conversation, not the URL.
Talk to Fred.
The intelligence your reps actually read.
Most bots score leads by which page someone landed on. When Fred is the one doing the navigating, the browser URL means nothing. Fred scores what was surfaced and what the visitor did with it: buying language, content engagement, and the interaction between them.
Explainable score
- 0 to 100 on every conversation
- Heuristic score, signal breakdown, and narrative, three layers, not one LLM guess
- Your reps see why, not just how much
Conversation context
- Review the available intent and engagement signals
- A sales signal your rep can read before the callback, not a guarantee
- Sent to your CRM with the rest of the payload
Always-on session intelligence
- Intent, sentiment, urgency, and summary on every completed session
- Review your integration settings
- Routed to workflows based on detected intent
For the person who asks how it works.
What exactly arrives in phase one?
After a visitor shares contact details through the configured capture step, Fred can send information to an enabled CRM or webhook endpoint. Check field mapping, timing, and receipt before relying on an acknowledgment or follow-up workflow.
What does the phase two payload include?
When the session ends, Fred sends the full intelligence package: lead score with the signal breakdown, detected intent, sentiment, urgency, a summary, and the transcript. Phase one and phase two records are correlated by session ID so your CRM stitches them together cleanly.
How do webhooks stay secure and reliable?
Configure the authentication supported by each integration and receiving endpoint. Where shared-secret signing is supported, enable and verify it at the receiver. Test delivery and failure handling before relying on the workflow.
How does calendar booking connect?
Google Calendar and Outlook Calendar connect over OAuth, with round-robin team scheduling and service account support for enterprise setups. Our training videos walk you through connecting them, or add a paid setup and we configure it for you.
What about escalation to a human?
When a conversation needs a person, Fred hands off the way you configure it, to Slack, email, or SMS, with the context attached. The visitor is not left re-explaining themselves to your team.
Can I add my own rules on top?
Yes. Every install can stack custom rules on top of the industry and regional packs, and Edition Packs auto-configure intents, field mappings, qualifying questions, and tags for your CRM and trade in one step.
Your CRM is about to get smarter leads.
Follow the setup guides or add paid installation support to configure your integrations. Test contact capture and delivery before launch.
