Configured age-screening prompts collect a visitor’s stated age. They do not verify identity or detect every underage visitor. Your staff must complete the identification and eligibility checks required for the sale.
Will Fred recommend a product for my condition?
No. Fred won’t make medical claims or suggest cannabis treats anything, since that’s not FDA-approved and not legal advertising. It shares general product info like strain type and THC/CBD percentages.
Can Fred tell me a safe dose or if I can drive?
No. Dosing, driving, drug tests, and crossing state lines are off-limits. Fred shares the general start-low-go-slow label guidance and points you to a professional or attorney.
What if a child gets into a product?
Configured emergency patterns can surface resource messages, but Fred may miss a possible poisoning. Contact emergency services or the appropriate poison service directly; do not wait for a chat response or staff notification.
