Fred Cloud plans

• Fred Cloud, $297/month. One business and one site, up to 250 pages and 50 documents, voice and text, all guardrail packs, managed infrastructure, and customer-owned AI keys.
• Fred Cloud Pro, $397/month. Everything in Cloud, with up to 2,000 pages and 200 documents for content-heavy sites.
• Fred Everywhere, +$100/month. Add phone and SMS to either Cloud plan. Review channel features and setup requirements; carrier usage is separate.

What the plan does not include

• AI provider costs. You bring your own key from OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, or Grok and pay them directly. Typical usage runs about $5 to $200 a month depending on volume and whether you use voice.
• Optional premium voice. ElevenLabs is available for ultra natural voices at about $0.30 per 1,000 characters. Built in OpenAI and Gemini voices are included at standard rates.

Phone and SMS costs

Carrier usage for Fred Everywhere is separate from the add-on subscription and is billed through your connected provider account. Confirm usage rates and any phone-number charges with your provider.

Optional professional install

A one-time white-glove installation is available for $2,000, covering provider setup, consent, guardrails, CRM, knowledge-base configuration, testing, and a 30-minute training call.

Self-hosted WordPress option

The WordPress Full Plugin remains available under an annual license for customers who specifically want to own and operate the stack on their own WordPress hosting. Cloud is the primary managed offer. Private Cloud and Sovereign Deployment are handled directly through sales.

Total cost of ownership

Your total includes the Cloud subscription, selected add-ons or installation, AI-provider usage, and phone/SMS carrier usage when those channels are used. Talk to Fred does not add a markup to your AI-provider bill. Carrier usage is billed through your connected provider account. Confirm your provider’s usage rates and any phone-number charges.
