Two-phase webhooks

  • Phase 1, under a second. Fires the moment the consent form is submitted, delivering email, name, phone, company, page, referrer, and UTM data so your team can respond while the visitor is still on your site. Leads contacted within five minutes convert at about nine times the rate of leads contacted an hour later.
  • Phase 2, within five seconds. Fires when the conversation ends, adding the redacted transcript, intent with confidence, sentiment, topics, and engagement metrics.
